Mexican Blanket Serape Camera Strap

If you’ve ever taken a surf trip down through northern Baja, chances are you’ve picked up one of these blankets at the wait at the border on your way back. Same goes for a walk down Olvera Street in Downtown Los Angeles—stacks of them, bright and unmistakable. It’s a look that’s been around forever for a reason.

We took authentic Mexican serape blanket fabric—the real thing—and rebuilt it into a camera strap that keeps all that character. Every piece carries that classic woven texture and bold striping that’s instantly recognizable.

The fabric was sourced on the streets of downtown Los Angeles, and quantities are extremely limited. We may not be able to recreate this exact colorway again—future versions will come, but these two stand on their own for now and may or may not be available again.
