Shipping and Handling
Couch ships packages worldwide from our offices in Long Beach, CA on a near-daily basis. All orders are shipped via USPS.
If you have any specific shipping needs, please email us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to accept returns or exchanges.
If you’re not satisfied with any Couch product for any reason, send it back within 30 days of purchase in like-new condition and we’ll refund or exchange it at the full purchase price, minus postage.
