Returns & Exchanges Policy
1. Return Window
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in like-new, unused condition.
2. Return Process
To request a return or exchange:
- Contact us through our Contact Form before mailing your item.
- Include your order number and reason for return or exchange.

4. Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive your item, we will:
- Inspect the product to ensure it is in returnable condition
- Issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your requested exchange
Refunds will be for the product price only; original shipping is non-refundable.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or we made a shipping error.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders, personalized items, and final sale products cannot be returned.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and include a photo. We will arrange a prompt replacement or refund at no additional cost.
