Couch ships packages worldwide from our offices in Long Beach, CA on a near-daily basis. All orders are shipped via USPS. Please contact us via the contact form if you have any specific shipping needs and we will do our best to accomodate you.

Exchange Policy

We are happy to exchange or accept your returned order. If you're not satisfied with any Couch product for any reason, just send it back within 30 days of purchase, in like new condition, and we’ll happily refund or exchange it at your full purchase price minus postage.
