We were pretty excited when Brian May’s equipment manager called us up at Couch about getting the multi platinum Queen guitarist some straps. Needless to say it was cool when this video surfaced recently of Brian performing at Italy’s HUGE San Remo Festival and television event with his Black Byloos Couch Guitar Strap. Brian performed […]

It was by a random act of Facebookness that we ran into these profile pictures of The Muff’s Kim Shattuck with her Racer X Couch Guitar Strap the other day! We’ve been fans of The Muffs since we were little kids so it’s always brilliant at Couch when we see people we love and admire […]

We were stoked to see that UK’s biggest rock/alt/metal magazine Kerrang! featured Rise To Remain on a recent cover. Like the cover says, EMI Record’s Rise To Remain are “Leading the rebirth of British Rock”. They have toured with Iron Maiden, Funeral For a Friend, and done the Soundwave and Sonisphere Festivals. They’ve received airplay […]

To attach a banjo strap, most banjos have only have brackets around the resonator/head area of the banjo so you need […]

We’ve been getting a few emails lately from some pretty big latin artists who wear our straps and we couldn’t be happier. Pictured below is Rick Jeschke Deliz “soundchecking & getting ready to play second show of 3 with HA*ASH (Sony) opening for SHAKIRA, with my Virgin Guadalupe Couch strap! and 50,000+ audience @ show […]

Our girlfriend was watching the Season 2 DVD of the popular Showtime television series Californication when she noticed leading character Becca was wearing a Black Victorian Byloos Guitar Strap to hold up her Gibson Les Paul Guitar! We kind of forgot about it though until our new friend Adrian emailed us yesterday to remind us, […]

We had a good time at Couch Booth at NAMM.. In case you don’t know NAMM is this crazy annual music products industry event, kind of like the Comic Can of the guitar world with like 100,000 people roaming through the halls of the Anaheim Convention Center near Disneyland. We saw Viking-Drum Girls with drum […]
