The vintage vinyl print of this wallet is 60's, psychedelic, abstract, and still unmistakably Red White and Blue! We found this 50 year old vinyl at an old upholstery shop in Cleveland, Ohio recently we quickly snapped it up! We just love how even though this vinyl is vintage upcycled 1960's material, it also reads into todays trends. The print is 60's, psychedelic, abstract, and still unmistakably Red White and Blue! To make these, we personally hand die-cut each piece for these wallets to ensure we get a perfect cut of this 35-plus year old vinyl each time. We then leave them unlined to keep them slimmer, and then we hand-attach a slim "parallel spring" style snap for a secure but low-profile closure.
Notice the intense detail on these wallets including the "low-cut" front inside pockets. These low cut pockets work great to securely hold your often-used cards like your ID, ATM and credit cards. We purposely left out the old clear plastic "ID Cover" some wallets have, because we found: cops, doormen, bartenders, security back stage, etc. forces you to take your ID out anyway so what's the point? This is a wider wallet than our normal pattern with extra pockets for cards and the billfold area is designed to accommodate larger currency like Euros and British Pounds (as well as US bills).
