This is our newest belt made of the exact same vintage material used to line the trunks of 1965 through 1968 Pontiac GTO's and late 60's (and early 70's) Pontiac Firebirds like these pictured below. Weirdly, this stuff had just been sitting in an old warehouse gathering dust for years when we found it so we were stoked to put this beautiful limited edition vinyl to brilliant use!
These unisex vegan belts are made with the GTO & Firebird trunk vinyl and then backed with black vinyl. On the front we use black stitching and matching black steel eyelets to keep it long lasting and looking sharp. These highly unique, Made in USA, sweatshop free, limited edition upcycled belts are available to you at an incredible price.
Sizing disclaimer:
The measurements given for each Couch belt size option are the actual measurements from the post on the buckle to the middle hole in the belt. Note: there are also 3 holes on either side that allow for 3" of adjustment in each direction. This means a size 34 belt for instance is exactly 34" from the buckle to the middle hole in the belt, but adjusts down 31" inches and up to 37".
We recommend you take an actual tape measure and measure your favorite belt (or pants through belt loops) to ensure you get the perfect sized Couch belt the first time around! For more info check our Belt Sizing FAQ.
