We used the last of it to make these super well made, super limited edition, super original guitar straps.
We started making these when pro skater Nate Jones' band River of Rust was visiting recently to play a show at Alex's Bar here in Long Beach. While hanging around the house Nate asked, "what new straps do you guys have?"
We showed him our brand new Black Deadstock Luggage strap and he exclaimed, "I wish you had the vintage flower print on the front!"
We flipped one around and sewed it together special for him and he loved it so much he called us at 4am that morning from the sand at Venice Beach to tell us how much he loved his strap........then........sometime around 4:15 AM we thought, "why not make more with the flower on front and put 'em on our site?"
So, here it is, the extremely limited edition, decades old deadstock vinyl that looks like a combination of a 60's kitchen table, victorian print and a vintage western shirt with all the colors of most sunburst guitars. All metal hardware and double vintage luggage stitch in black thread up the sides.
