The last of this vinyl is gone and this strap is sold out forever. We'd love to make more if we could. Many Couch straps are true limited editions, so if you see something you like, get it while you can!
This strap is made of a blue 30-something-year-old flower embossed vintage vinyl. Some guy told us last weekend that this is the type of vinyl that was once in El Camino bucket seats, but we have no idea if he knows what he's talking about. What we're talking about is we've secured the last of this decades-old vintage upholstery vinyl to make these limited edition, found-material guitar straps and will only be doing a few small runs of them until they're gone forever.
This blue guitar strap could just match perfectly your blue guitar, or you could just rock it anyway- we happen to think it looks great on our "natural" Rickenbacker 330 12-String here for instance. In any event, it's a great way to make a cool guitar strap with recycled materials.
This strap's inner beauty is apparent by checking its attention to detail: simple, sturdy, double stitches up the sides, our custom made all steel and nickel plated aluminum metal hardware, our trademark die cut end tabs and hand-tooled stainless steel rivets. Army green stitching on the black vinyl, black stitching on the blue 30-year-old deadstock vintage vinyl.
Always 1/2 foot longer than the average strap. Always sweatshop free, made in USA in Downtown Los Angeles, always cruelty free and vegan. Always rock tested on stage and made to rock. Couch.
